Prostar UK is proud to have launched a 24 hour maintenance package that not only helps you budget effectively but provides peace of mind at a cost you can afford. With Prostar UK you will be covered 24/7, 365 days a year. We also aim to respond to your call within one hour and be on site if necessary within 18 hours. You may think this service must come at a premium, but in fact you will be pleasantly surprised at our low costs and quality of service we provide under this package. We also discount our normal rates for customers who are covered by this package which again means that even bigger savings are achievable with Prostar UK.

All our engineer’s vehicles are fitted with GPS in order for the ideally located engineer to respond quickly and effectively when a breakdown occurs; this not only reduces your downtime but also helps us to minimize the pollution to the environment.

Maintenance

At Prostar UK we focus on predication and prevention and are always conscious of the need to avoid costly interruptions to production. We work with you to help plan maintenance by offering a range of service contracts with built-in flexibility to meet your specific needs and budgets. If a package is not an option then we will simply work with you to achieve the level you are happy with.

We are also happy to supply and implement a Planned Preventative maintenance program such as Shire Frontline™ in order to achieve measurable plant and cost improvements.
